SMS Privacy Policy

This policy covers the mobile phone numbers and text-messaging consent One Real Mortgage Corp. collects for the ORM LevelUp Licensing & Onboarding texting program. The rest of our information practices are described in our general Privacy Policy, linked at the bottom of this page.

When you opt in, we collect your mobile number and a record of your consent: the consent wording you were shown, the date and time, where you opted in (enrollment form, profile, or a START reply), and, for web opt-ins, your IP address and browser.

We use your mobile number only to send the program messages described in our SMS Terms, to honor HELP and STOP requests, and to keep a record that you consented.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share your number only with the service providers that deliver our messages (such as our messaging platform and wireless carriers), and only to deliver them.

Reply STOP to any message, or turn off texts in your profile. We keep a record of your opt-out so we don’t text you again unless you opt back in.
